Roadside Services and Solutions commitment to excellence has received further awards recognition this year, being named a Spotless Trusted Partner at the company’s annual Spotless Trusted Partners Awards celebrations.
The Spotless FMS Trusted Partners Awards 20/21 were held at the Adelaide Wine Centre on 27 October 2021.
To add to Roadside’s recognition of quality services and delivery, the company reached finalist stage in two categories of the Spotless FMS Trusted Partner Awards.
These were:
- Best projects where it was one of three finalists. The award nomination was for the Roadside delivery of the Bedford Park Vaccination Hub project.
The second award finalist position was achieved for:
- The Preferred Sub-Contractor Award.
Roadside Services and Solutions Managing Director Craig Woods said, “it was a huge recognition for the company to be named a finalist in the Preferred Sub-Contractor Award as this award recognises both sides of our business delivery – how we interact with Spotless and how we deliver the service to the end customer.
“Our guys on site deal with the client and the end user.”
The Spotless FMS Trusted Partner Awards recognise the achievement of Spotless service delivery partners and their contribution and support throughout the duration of the contract.
Spotless Trusted Partners are a select group of high performers who have embraced this agenda and delivered performance improvement.
To be recognised in this way requires sustained high delivery excellence, measured against a series of KPIs which need to stay above 95% for at least six months of the year.
This year 42 companies (the top 15% of all Spotless suppliers) achieved this standard, of which Roadside was named as one of the top 15% of suppliers.
Spotless Group General Manager Property Simon Rowe said it was a great evening recognising the strong contribution made by Spotless service partners in delivering services for South Australian Government partners.
Roadside Services and Solutions Managing Director Craig Woods said, “We have been working with Spotless for four years now."
“Our works delivery include paving and concrete works, retaining walls, asphalt repair works, project delivery, sign manufacturing and installation, traffic calming devices supply and installation, fencing and line marking services, installation of bollards and guard rail."
“We are proud of our relationship with Spotless and this recognition as a Trusted Partner further reinforces the quality of our service delivery to Spotless and their clients,” Craig Woods said.
