Kelly Hall administering her role with a midas touch
Roadside administrator Kelly Hall knows how to put the midas touch on all aspects of the administrative handling and delivery of the business.
Kelly Hall arrived at Roadside in February 2022. Her role was to fill the gaps in the company and she quickly learned to be the company all-rounder.
“I quickly learned to do things in the yard, multi-task and generally pitch in,” Kelly Hall says.
“I’ve learned so much in this job and I love the confidence the company management instills in me to get on with the work. I’m now doing inductions, managing sales in the system, managing payroll, travel allowances, I do some quoting and I assist our Civil Works Supervisor Glen Orrock with the scheduling of jobs.
“Then there is the client interface which is mainly by email but also chatting to our clients by phone on the progress of their jobs.
“I might be the only lady in the office of men, but it’s a great atmosphere at Roadside. Everyone is very respectful. If I don’t know something, I will ask and we all help each other.”
Kelly Hall says she likes working at Roadside because the business puts trust in her and she has the respect of management.
“It’s really great to come to work at Roadside. They’re a good team and it’s nice to feel valued,” Kelly Hall says.
