Introducing Roadside's beardful people ready to lop off their locks to raise money for the Leukemia Foundation in this year's World's Greatest Shave.
Roadside Services and Solutions graduate engineer and estimator Peter O'Brien has signed up for this year's World's Greatest Shave and the team at Roadside is proud to support Peter O'Brien in his mission to raise money in the fight against Leukemia.
Peter realised when he was mistaken as Alan from the Hangover every time he took the baby out that it was time to put his best head asset towards a worthy fundraising effort.
Peter has set high goals in his fundraising quest for the Leukemia Foundation and together with the support of Roadside management, colleagues, clients and suppliers he aims to make it a hair raising fundraiser by the culmination of the event on March 14.
The money Peter raises helps the people and families who are fighting or caring for someone with this disease.
The money will also be used to help research scientists continue their search for better ways to diagnose and treat blood cancer more effectively.
A donation to World's Greatest Shave means a lot to 110,000 Australians living with a blood cancer or related disorders right now. Funds are used to make sure that families facing blood cancer have a place to call home during treatment, someone to turn to, and access to the best possible care and treatment.
Roadside is proud to support Peter's fundraising efforts and calls on others to join in this cause, while enjoying a few laughs along the way with some of Peter's persona changes over the next few weeks. Follow these on Facebook and Linked In.
The team at Roadside Services and Solutions is not only creating a safer environment and providing road safety solutions on time and to specifications, but the company supports staff to give of their best to clients and the community.
